ABOUT REAL FITNESS

DEDICATION. DETERMINATION. RESULTS.

CrossFit Real Fitness offers WOD's (workout of the day) 10 hours a day with the exception of Saturday (close at 11:00 AM) and Sunday (open gym). All workouts are customizable to individual fitness levels allowing any age or ability to complete the workouts. We also have a "New to CrossFit" membership, designed to introduce CrossFit to those who have never tried it. Workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity with the assistance of a Certified CrossFit Coach.

Real Fitness is a unique and spacious facility with a tremendous, family-like member base. Our community mentality allows all members to feel that they are not only a part of a workout, but a way of life.

With encouragement and accountability from our Certified CrossFit Coaches, Hospitality Team, and members of CrossFit Real Fitness, there is opportunity for all fitness levels to improve and excel. Whether that means becoming a more well-rounded athlete, losing weight, becoming stronger, or just striving to live a healthier and better lifestyle, we are here for you every step of the way.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Each workout will use a combination of:

Weightlifting: not just dumbbells - but kettlebells, wall balls, slam balls, Olympic lifts and anything else we can find to lift or throw (keep in mind the lifts and movements are taught to you)

Gymnastics: i.e. body control movements, including the air squat, push-up, pull-up, dip and any other body weight exercise

Mono-structural exercise: i.e. cardiovascular training - running, rowing, cycling, swimming, stair climbing, etc.

Short, intense workouts are what make CrossFit so effective, and you will find they give you better overall fitness results than other forms of exercise and fitness workouts.

You can expect to be at the gym for 60 minutes. Wear comfortable gym attire that you can train in, and shoes that are suitable for cross training.
